Valerie Phillips - Founder & Principal Consultant
Valerie is a seasoned leader in economic development, community engagement, and STEAM outreach, with more than 20 years of experience turning vision into measurable impact across Oklahoma. As Founder and Principal Consultant, she brings a rare combination of strategic depth, collaborative leadership, and on-the-ground expertise to every engagement.
Valerie’s work is grounded in a fundamental belief: that organizations thrive when the right people, ideas, and resources come together with intention. She partners with nonprofits, schools, tribal nations, higher education institutions, and industry leaders to navigate complex challenges. From securing competitive funding and building cross-sector partnerships to strengthening program design and ensuring financial accountability for funded projects.

Sheila Youngblood - Senior Consultant
Dr. Sheila Youngblood brings a distinctively broad perspective to organizational leadership. One shaped by decades of experience as an engineer, business owner, faculty member, administrator, and CEO across government, corporate, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. As Senior Consultant, she partners with boards and executive teams to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their most pressing strategic challenges.
Sheila’s engineering foundation gives her a systems level view of organizations. She identifies where goals, structures, and operations are misaligned and designs practical, data informed solutions to close the gaps. Her work spans strategic plan development and execution, governance strengthening, financial stewardship, and performance management, always with an eye toward building capacity that lasts well beyond the engagement.
Known for her people centered approach, Sheila leads with both discipline and warmth. She prioritizes team development and organizational culture alongside operational results, creating environments where staff, leadership, and community partners are aligned and empowered. Her clients value her ability to translate complex strategy into clear, actional steps and her commitment to staying engaged until outcomes are achieved.
Sarah Mitchell - Senior Consultant
Sarah brings nearly two decades of experience in workforce solutions, operations, and organizational leadership. Over the course of her career, she has led complex operational transformations, build and scaled national service delivery models, and partnered closely with executive leadership to align strategy with execution.
She is recognized for her ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-moving organizations, designing processes, optimizing workflows, and implementing operating models that improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, and enhance overall performance.
Sarah will assist clients in designing and optimizing operational frameworks that support strategic initiatives, ensuring that vision is translated into disciplined, sustainable execution.
Her expertise spans process design, organizational effectiveness, service delivery optimization, and cross-functional alignment, making her a trusted partner in building the infrastructure needed to support growth and long-term success.
